The caption says it is the Princess Royal, meaning Princess Louise, Duchess of Fife. But is this her? If it is, which tiara is she wearing? It reminds me of the tiara given to Queen Maud by her friends when she married.

I have to admit that at first glance, I didn't recognized it. I think the angle and the way its lost in her hair may give it a different look.
