Re: Jewels of Queen Fabiola's family
It is highly likely that the gemstones in the tiara were removable however I dont think the bride in the pinterest link is wearing the tiara worn by Queen Fabiolas mother. If you look closely at the two tiaras the one worn by Fabiola's mother has two semi circular elements between the strawberry leaf and the pearl trefoil elements while on the bride its just one curve that goes from the strawberry leaf to the trefoil. (Apologies in advance for such a rudimentary explanation) Also we have to remember the strawberry leaf is a rather common element in Spanish aristrocratic jewels so perfectly possible to have similar pieces among different branches of same family.
