I'm inclined to think you're correct, Beth. The central bow element seems to be visible (although the sketch suggests a diamond in the centre whilst in the photo it looks like a pearl), as well as the alternating pearls and diamonds on knife-edge-elements at the end.

A pity we don't have access to a sharper image.
