Has anyone ever noticed that jewel?

I wondered if Queen Mary wore it attached to her gown at the Devonshire House ball (draped below another jewel below the baroque pearl) But I think I might be imagining things.



The right hand side of the bodice (as we view the photo) does not have the same elements, so I think that the left hand side definitely has jewels attached.
