I noticed that the Duchess of Cornwall was wearing an oblong brooch to secure her sash. She wore it previously to the Opening of Parliament in 2015.

Does any one have any information about it? Or a better photo? I keep trying to see if the brooch has blue enamel. Perhaps what I think is blue enamel are spaces through which the colour of the sash can be seen. What do others think?
