As no one mentioned anything more about this jewel, I hunted through some photos to see if I could see it worn at other times.

The earliest photos I found were from 2004 during the state visit to Spain.

The Grand Duchess wore it in 2017 in Norway for the 80th birthday celebrations of King Harold and Queen Sonja.

I couldn't spot the watch being worn either by Grand Duchess Charlotte or Grand Duchess Josephine Charlotte.

Interestingly, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa didn't wear the watch for the official photos taken to commemorate her 20th wedding anniversary in 2001.
