To my knowledge Josephine Charlotte inherited her mother's emeralds and it's said that she used the emeralds in that tiara to make some other pieces. I read about it somewhere but can unfortunately not remember where.

My thoughts rests on the tiara in the below picture and wonder if it is still in the possession of the Belgian royal family.
