The Queen was actually on tour of Canada and opened the St. Lawrence Seaway (which connects the Great Lakes with the Atlantic Ocean) with the US President from Saint-Lambert Quebec from which they took a short tour on HMY Britannia.

It is too bad that all the pictures from this even are not very good. HM wore a robin egg blue ensemble and the brooch "popped" more that it shows.
