I don't know the answer to your question 992234177, but I think that the pearls (or at least some of them) were probably left to Lady Mari Bury, as the tiara (with the upright pearl surmounts) was worn by her daughter for her wedding in 1962. Of course, it is possible that the tiara had been lent to Elizabeth Keppel by the Marquess.
But the pearl earrings might be owned by the Marquess, as they may be on display at the V & A. See the V & A's entry for the painting of Frances Anne, Marchioness of Londonderry. I think that the comment about the pearl earrings can be read two ways.
