A lucky thing that these magnificent jewels were saved but the family lost all five of their massive landed estates. Are the jewels entailed?

My understanding is that the jewels are still owned by the Marquess of Londonderry. None of the jewels on display is included in the V & A's data bank whereas jewels which have been donated are.
