I wonder if this description of Queen Wilhelmina's procession might provide a clue? I have to confess that I am hopeless at recognising any of the numerous German or Dutch royals at the wedding.
Queen Wilhelmina's procession
I also found this written description of the dress worn by Duchess Paul of Mecklenburg Scherwin.
(the evidence that this is Duchess Paul was on the previous page)
From the various photos I have seen, I believe that our mystery lady is wearing feathers with her tiara. Does that signify that she was one of either Queen Wilhelmina's or Queen Emma's Ladies?
Some of the ladies with feathers (in the wedding photos) seem to match those in a painting of Queen Wilhelmina's Inaugration in 1898. See https://www.nationaalarchief.nl/en/research/photo-collection/detail?limitstart=30&q_searchfield=Wilhelmina%201898
Wouldn't it be wonderful if there was an online copy of the painting of Queen Wilhelmina's wedding? I've looked without success, but my efforts are very limited as I don't have any Dutch language skills at all!!
