Beautiful pink topaz necklace allegedly belonging to Tsarina Maria Feodrovna

I have never seen this necklace before but it was displayed at Tefaf Maastricht as "The enchanting necklace with Brazilian pear-shaped pink topaz and diamonds from Tsarina Maria Feodorovna wife of Alexander III from Russia. A design from Russian court jeweller Jean Francois Andre Duval."
