This is Princess Dora Odescalchi (née de Labouchère). She was married to Balthazar Gyalma Odescalchi, who was a distant cousin of Princess Vittoria's husband, Innocenzo Maria Michele Arcangelo Odescalchi, 8th Prince Odescalchi.
Innocenzo Maria Michele Arcangelo Odescalchi, 8th Prince Odescalchi, was the head of the house. He and Vittoria had four sons and two daughters.
After Innocenzo's death his eldest son, Livio, became 9th Prince Odescalchi. He had one daughter (Princess Maria Pace, the lady in the green gown with her grandmother's emerald brooch and earrings in my previous post).
After Livio's death in 1981 his younger brother Ladislao became 10th Prince Odescalchi. He himself had three daughters, but no son.
When he died in 2000, his younger brother Alessandro had already predeceased him, so Alessandro's eldest son Carlo became 11th Prince Odescalchi.
Princess Maria Pace was only 11 years old when her father died. She seems to have inherited at least two of the family's palaces (Palazzo Odescalchi in Rome and Castello Odescalchi in Bracciano – the castle was the venue for Tom Cruise's and Katie Holmes' wedding in 2006), despite the title passing to her uncle Ladislao. It would be interesting to know, if the main family jewels followed the title or if Maria Pace (or her mother) retained them. There certainly would have been enough emerald brooches to be devided between Princess Vittoria's descendants.
The current head of the family, Carlo, 11th Prince Odescalchi, is married to a jewellery designer, Princess Lucia. I've only ever seen photos of her wearing her own designs.
