Sadly, the rose cut diamond parure was less lucky (diamond sword stolen, hat ornament and tassel epaulette, large shoe buckles, 8 huge diamond buttons, a big solitaire rose diamond, ...) ;o(

Six months since the heist of November 2019, the Green Vault reopened recently its doors on May 30th.
I remember how sad I felt about that burglary of so historical jewels.
I also remember how unclear and confused was the info in the medias about what was stolen or not... That added to the distress of royal jewels amateurs...
We then talked about diamond, ruby and pearl jewelry stolen.
Last days, I made some search on the Net (even in German, thanks Google translator).
Thats how I've found the info about the reopening of the Museum on May 30th.
I've also fund some recent photos of the new presentation of the saved jewels.
From what I've read, some good news :
First : all the colored stone parures are intact (sapphire, emerald, ruby/spinel, cornalian, tortoiseshell) !!!
Second : 3 jewels thought stolen by medias are in fact safe and exhibited again (2 pieces from the Queen Parure : diamond crescent, long strand pearl necklace)
and 1 element from the King brilliant cut diamond parure : diamond slide of and order).
Third : Several elements of the King's brilliant cut diamond parure were not stolen : the stunning diamond sword, the fabulous hat ornament bearing the 'Dresden Green Diamond' and all the diamond buttons and buckles from that one set are safe !
Visitors since May 30th, can see the original showcase of the stolen jewels completely empty.
What was not stolen from that cases and now safe had been rearranged in another case with the other parures.
