and it isn't possible to say it is an exact match, however it strikes me as odd that the Countess would have a tiara which bears more than a passing resemblance to that owned by her daughter.
I am also concerned by the terrible quality of the photo, which can make a huge difference as do the angles/light which can play tricks as we have all seen flummox us so much in trying to identify pieces from grey old pictures.
Case in point, the Duchess of Fife. Wearing her Fife tiara because of the quality of the picture (maybe she was moving her head when it was taken), the tiara is blurred and looks unrecognisable.
I am surprised that a good quality group photo of the Queen with her parents was not taken on Coronation Day.
