The last image helps explain (in my opinion) why the Cholmondeley floral tiara is not a re-worked or re-configured version of the Ancaster Heatcote tiara, as in 1911 the rose in Cholmondeley was described as not as standing out so markedly. In the Ancaster Heatcote tiara, the roses, and in particular the central rose, are very prominent.
