At first I wondered if they were the same too but when I enlarged them they look different. The one on the left kind of looks like rectangular elements and doesn't continue as far back and the one the right is more fringe-y.



Beth, it's very possible that some of her jewelry came from the Rana family. From the pictures I have seen they wore a lot of jewelry but I haven't been able to find any pictures of the women in Queen Ratna's immediate family to try to trace some of the pieces.
