I always find it strange when wealthy families ingrained in history sell their jewels when they show no circumstances of hardship. Such beautiful jewelry l would have thought would have really been gifted/ loan to one of her children or daughters in law as Queen Ann has a big family. This invariably will lead to other grander pieces being sold which says it really makes no sense trying to hold onto really expensive jewels if there is really no need too as this family has little to no chances of returning to the Greek throne which would support them more financially and give them reason for retaining grand jewels.
