Good points Franck, but collect necklaces are always very hard to id. If they use to wear them like the past queens Alexandra and Mary stacked upon each other that may have helped.

Dear all,

We all know that Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother wore as Duchess of York (on least once), Queen (on least once) and as Queen Mother (many times) a "small diamond collet necklace" which is called the Duchess of York's diamond collet necklace.

After having compared the photos I now think that it may be QA's necklace (same shape, big diamonds).

However on this photo the necklace (the diamond) worn by QEQM seems smaller than the one worn by QEII :
