Sotheby's is auctioning the ‘Family Collection of the late Countess Mountbatten of Burma in London today, HERE, which includes around a hundred different jewels.

One of the highlights of the sale is this Diamond Necklace/Tiara from the 1880s, which was pictured on Lady Mountbatten and Lady Pamela in the 1950s.




Another highlight are the jewels from Doreen, Lady Brabourne, the mother-in-law of the Countess, with most of them coming from the collection of her mother, the Marchioness of Sligo.
