The sale of the late Duchess' brooch got me looking at their collection again.

Google is full of pictures of the Devonshire emerald parure, a beautiful set of jewels no doubt but no information is given regarding the link (if any) these jewels have to the Cavendish family.

Can anyone cast any light?
