HM´s video massage to Climate Change Summit in Glasgow

The Queen yesterday send a video message to the Climat Change Summit in Glasgow.
She recalled Prince Philipp, who had been concerned about the climate problem. Symbolically, the Duke of Edinburgh was present in the form of a photo showing him in a swarm of butterflies. Fittingly, the Queen wore a butterfly brooch that I have never seen before.
Does anyone know anything about this brooch?
