Tiaras at banquet tonight for new Lord Mayor of City of London

The new Lord Mayor was installed at the weekend and he hosts a traditional banquet which took place tonight at the Guildhall in the presence of the Prime Minister and Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Lord Mayor's wife and his predecessor's wife both wore tiaras.

The current Lady Mayoress

The previous Lady Mayoress - her husband served two 1 year terms as there was no new Lord Mayor in 2020 due to the pandemic.
