Many thanks Mark. Even though I have no chance of going to see any display there, I found it very interesting to read what was said on the site. What grabbed my interest was the comment that the emerald tiara is the only known example of a tiara having been designed by a Consort for his Queen. I had always been under the impression that Prince Albert also designed the sapphire tiara and the ruby as well. Have I been under a mistaken notion all along?
