QEII Wide Art Deco Diamond and Ruby Bracelet

QEII bracelet described by Leslie Field as a wide Art Deco diamond bracelet formed of eight oblong plaques studded with small rubies.
I was wondering what was the earliest known date this bracelet had been worn?

As a starting point I have the 1962 Royal Variety Performance (the photo is dated 1st Jan but the performance was 29th Oct 1962).
