Swedish Sapphire

It looks like Princess Brigitta of Sweden gave her daughter one of the sapphires from her cabochon sapphire necklace. I know the Princess changed the drops on the necklace for 5 to 3.

Scroll down to 4th of 5th photo with the pearl necklace with the sapphire clasp which looks like one of the missing medium sized drops.
