Oh! Now I realise that you are talking about the 3 large pear shaped diamonds at the bottom of her elaborate diamond necklace.
Those diamonds are far too large to be the ones in QEII's Girandole earrings. I am not an expert on all of the diamonds in the necklace, so I hope with this photo, others may be able to help.
