I have no idea. But I think the necklace in the 40 min and 13 sec part looks also like the emerald necklace of the late Princess Ragnhild of Norway. It was used in 1987 at King Harald's 50th anniversary gala at Akershus Castle, and never seen public again. She paired with the large diamond tiara she had access to.
