Thanks PaulP. I believe that QEQM was wearing the Greville emerald bracelet to the christening of Prince Charles.

Years ago many believed that the fact that QEQM wore the bracelet and the brooch for her Silver Wedding portraits as well as the christening of Prince Charles and Princess Anne was proof that they were George VI's wedding anniversary gift to her.
