Helena De Chair tiara

In the below link at (02:07 minutes) into the the video there is a still of the wedding picture of Helena De Chair and her husband Jacob Rees-Mogg. Helena seems to be wearing a substantial tiara. Is this a Wentworth-Fitzwilliam peice or is a from the Jacob Rees-Mogg family as his family are also wealthy?
