The first photo shows so many of Queen Ena's jewels in incredible detail; yet, it is the view of the pendant pearl which appeals to me most. I have never before appreciated its full beauty. I would love to see a modern colour photo of this pearl. Is there any information about whether it is still with the Spanish royal family?

The picture Dave posted was shot by Nina Leen, for LIFE Magazine, during a session at the Lausanne residence of Queen Victoria Eugénie in 1956.
You can see from HR pictures that the Diamond ring is not a solitaire, although I don't have any information about it.
The Emerald one may have been privately purchased. it is unclear to me how many emerlds came from Empress Eugénie.
Interestingly, she wore both her pearls and her emeralds.
