Only a suggestion but it might be time to inform your readers more about the history and specifics regarding the new rig. Give us a budget to work towards and anticipates expenses. Some of us worked on the original dream with Dan (rip) and have seen a lot of fun raising since the beginning, what happened to all the equipment, crew and related support. I for one would like to see this endeavour succeed however, we have been down this dusty road several times and now we are questioning where we are going and what it will take to get there.
