Re: Fire on the mountain!
Not entirely, I did an inspection (up close and personal) this morning, there is still flames near the road on the way up the mountain, lots of smoke on our side but even more on the back side. If it starts to blow this afternoon, we might have to watch it more closely. It would suggest that it was man made as there is nothing going on up there in the way of construction (that I could see), I tried to drive the quad around to the back but the road got so rough I was not comfortable being there alone. I want to thank all those who took pictures, there were some very impressive shots of danger in the early stages. Having seen what happened last summer in both BC and California, it is very easy to see how something can get totally out of hand very quickly.
