We have a problem with motos in this community. People who are much too young to handle a moto are riding all over town. We have bigger topes now, and many motos have no lights. Just last night, the ambulance was called to Los Ingenios to help someone who broke their knee riding too fast over a tope. Mothers and fathers, teach your children well! Thank goodness the ambulance was there to help!
