I have lost track of the number of animals and people who have been seriously injured by speeding motos. One of them was me. The victims end up paying massive medical bills because the perps can seldom afford to pay. Perhaps this conversation belongs on La Manzanilla Life where locals will read it? (Maybe it is already there?) This is not an "expat complaint" because most of the victims are locals.
