Good to know they ship wine! Ilene, I went through the same process with an English speaking customer rep. He set up my account using my membership # from the US. He had problems with our address because it doesn't come up correctly on google maps. I was able to order yet once I got to check out, I received the 'cannot ship to your address' message. I called the same rep and he said larger items come from their warehouse in Mexico City. Locations they ship to depends on the contracted shipping company. Not sure if this is entirely correct but I've decided to move on. Now I need a glass of wine! :-)
