Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center -- Yoga with Cats! offers classes 6-days per week and other services include Reflexology, ThetaHealing and Meditation. Plus private sessions are available. I've included my website here that lists all services and studio details.
There might not be a formal retreat here, but it is possible to piece together some relaxation and reflection time with services available.
