Hello friends, you are invited to an open meditation on Friday, December 27, at 4:00 at Casa Luz. This will be a lightly guided Vipassana-style meditation, in which the focus is to cultivate an awareness of bodily sensations and arising thoughts without judgment. All levels are welcome.

The hour will comprise a short introduction to Vipassana meditation, followed by a 30-minute sit, then an open discussion if desired. There will be yoga mats, blankets, and chairs available for your comfort. A donation is requested but not required.

Casa Luz is at Boca del Rio 75.
