I am from BC and was not been able to get money out of my BMO account at the delgado ATM. A few times it wouldn't take my card at all; but then 2 times last week it did. Fortunately I kept the receipt which said I had received nothing because both times the money was subtracted from my account!! I finally got hold of BMO head office and was told it would take about 2 weeks to locate and verify with the ATM. The ATM would give me money from my Manulife Bank account though.
