Mantras are healing sound medicine. Mantras bring conscious awareness to every breath.
The very essence of Mantra is to heal and uplift the spirit, so when we open our hearts and voices to actually sing these ancient sounds, we ourselves benefit from this ancient healing practice. We become our own healers and we transmit the healing vibrations to others through our voices and intention.
