Thank you all who attended the Story Slam this evening. Thank you to all the story tellers who valiently stood up in front of 60+ people and told stories about themselves. Thank you to the numerous volunteers who helped produce the event, to Anne Wheeler, our gratitude for bringing her humor to us as the host, and to the three winners of tonights event: David Dagoli, Liza Michaelson and Larry Macintosh. We are so blessed as a community to be able to come together and share our stories, support others less fortunate than us, and to forge new friendships together. Anne Wheeler, myself and the three winners are going to visit three families in the community who are in serious need of financial support with a large percentage of the money received at the door.
