Home Depot only sells the kit online, they don’t stock it in Manzanillo. I just ordered mine on Mercado Libre. When I went to hook it up , it wouldn’t take my Canadian credit card to pay the monthly fee. I was told if you buy the kit from a seller inside Mexico, you have to pay with a Mexican card. Also, a 2,000 peso ‘congestion charge' was added at the checkout. Not happy about that!
