Three months ago we installed solar panels for grid tie and CFE still hasn’t come to connect the system. My contractor who installed the panels has gone seven times to Cihuatlan to speak to management and they have the work order that shows the job should have been completed two months ago. They’ve spoken to the Manzanillo office where supposedly the installers come from and have promised several times the installation will be done this week. Not. I’ve even hired an outside individual to help and still no resolution. Any suggestions or anyone have an insider at CFE I could contact. Needless to say I’m finally having a frustrating experience.
