Solar Bi-directional meter hookup

Three months ago we installed solar panels for grid tie and CFE still hasn’t come to connect the system. My contractor who installed the panels has gone seven times to Cihuatlan to speak to management and they have the work order that shows the job should have been completed two months ago. They’ve spoken to the Manzanillo office where supposedly the installers come from and have promised several times the installation will be done this week. Not. I’ve even hired an outside individual to help and still no resolution. Any suggestions or anyone have an insider at CFE I could contact. Needless to say I’m finally having a frustrating experience. Gracias in advance.

I'm in the same boat. I also had to hired an out side individual. It´s absurd. Talking to ather people the only way it's to give a big "tip" specially if after coming they start asking for changes, coz yes when you finally get a installer that's just the beggining it doesn't mean they willo do it. I don't remeber this trouble before. I guess thye figure out how to make extra. Sorry
