What it feels like "to be grounded."
How to tune into your heart space.
What it means to "get centered" and how to do this.

Classes are every Monday at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center located at 124 Playa Blanca (2 blocks from Martin's restaurant).

Each class is 200 pesos or $15 USD and is available by Zoom. Chairs and mats are available for students.
