Hola, Brian. I totally appreciate your message and your right to express it. I also wish I didn't have to see all that violence and mayhem.

In the past, I have sat or stood in the Jardin with signs decrying Trump and his violent and abusive policies and practices. I want you to know that residents here appreciate knowing that not all Americans hate immigrants or love attacking Mexicans and others before sending them home.

On Saturday, at least one local resident family will attend. They have family up north, and in this climate, they fear for their well-being. This family welcomes our message of support. Americans are not the only people being affected by ICE. Cruz
