Thanks for reporting this Patrick..everyone needs to know where there is a dangerous dog. Reporting to the DELEGADO is very important. If the dog has Attacked a person it is likely to be swiftly dealt with...noone wants to see a dog put down or anything but the owners MUST do something to restrain it and hopefully it can be trained to stop this behaviour.
So sorry a out your beautiful dog...what a terrifying experience for both of you
