I’ve been told it has been reported to the Water committee and the Ejido multiple times, but the water is still running. Judging from the mud below and water flowing down Rufino Tamayo (I heard) it must be millions of liters lost.
It would be very hard to quantify, as the water is flowing down on all sides of the structure. I have videos showing this, but I can not manage to attach them here.
Apparently this has been going on for weeks, if not months. It appears that the pump is on 24/7 - maybe missing a floater - there seems to be no mechanism to stop the pump when the structure is full so it overflows.
I don’t know, I am not an engineer.
I don’t understand why this is not being repaired/fixed - especially in our dire dry town situation.
Makes me want to flush the yellow - because what’s the point…?
