This week, Nia's prescription for wellness is Oneness. We will focus on creating a sense of center with your bodymind and connective tissue, that is then connected to Earth's elements and All That Is.
I call Nia "intelligent fitness" because it is based in western kinetic science as well as eastern fitness arts. However you may not even notice that, because it's such a fun hour with a great variety of music that just makes you feel like moving!
All welcome! Bring your friends! I am a certified black belt teacher trained to provide simultaneous options to students at different levels of intensity.
Bare feet or indoor shoes only please. Bring water!
Mantras calm the nervous system, open the heart and increase our over frequency. Please come and experience this amazing practice. No experience necessary. Chantbooks are provided.
We are honored to present Tracy Spring in concert. Tracy is a singer/songwriter from Bellingham Washington. To learn more about her : www.tracyspring.com Please join us on Wednesday Jan 26, 7:30PM
Manifesting from the Heart – Workshop – Thursday, January 25th Manifesting from the heart is a workshop that I have developed to help people do two things; 1) understand the manifesting process and what your strengths and weaknesses are in that process and 2) where you are procrastinating and what are the obstacles that get in your way. A testimonial from last weeks session: Ellen Riches is a well-organized and confident presenter. She encapsulated a wealth of techniques and insights into a short period of time and sent us home with self-generated resources with which to continue our intentions. Please let me know if you are planning to join in on this session. I would also ask that you bring a notebook, journal or some writing paper for this session. My email address is – ellen.riches@gmail.com Please join me – Ellen Riches – on Thursday, January 25th from 1-3:30 pm at Casa Luz

THIS FILM IS PROBABLY MY MOST SIGNIFICANT FILM - THE STORY IS VERY PERSONAL AND THE STYLE, ONE THAT HAD BEEN RARELY USED. DONALD SUTHERLAND JOINED ME IN THE FINISHING OF THE FILM - NARRATING THE FILM AS THE VOICE OF MY FATHER, WHO WAS A DOCTOR WHO WAS CAPTURED IN 1942 AND WAS MISSING IN ACTION - A DRAMATIC AND AWARD WINNING FILM THAT TOOK OVER FOUR YEARS TO MAKE. PLEASE COME!

Really looking forward to this touching film about your father, Anne.
Fascia is the connective tissue wrapping around and through muscles and suspending your organs. It can be bound up from injury, surgery, overstretching, or scar tissue. This is different than Yoga. Learn a revolutionary new self bodywork that will leave you feeling lighter, energized and free! with stronger muscles, improved lymphatic and blood circulation.
If you plan on coming to Anne Wheeler's extraordinary film, "A War Story", please come early to claim your seat. We expect a full house. If you leave before the film starts, you may not be able to get back in. We will close the house when all seats are full. Please no seat saving. Refreshments will be available. Anne, who is both the writer and director of the film, will introduce it and host questions afterwards. See you soon!
