I can't count the times I have tried to use my smartphone to make a call and there was no cellular signal--from far down the beach, on the road to Melaque, on the road to PV etc. So if I ever need emergency assistance, I will try to use a landline or make absolutely sure that there is cell coverage where I am. Since we have been discussing ambulance dispatching, I think it's important to consider this factor.

I believe using WhatsApp to call emergency numbers is your best bet for connection. Cruz

But Cruzetta, the dispatch number must also use WhatsApp and be near an internet connection. When can I pick up my latest Cat Gift and jump in your pool?
